I loved Nicole! She is so smart and motivates me to do my exercises and just be my best self in general. Her approach is so personalized, which is hard to find anywhere else. Just love her overall!

Nicole and Kimby came to the high school where I coach to lead an injury prevention workshop. Each of my dancers enjoyed the workshop immensely. They feel more supported and knowledgeable warming up their bodies for each practice. It inspired my dancers to want to want to train harder outside of practice in both cross training and strength training. I LOVED having Impact Dance & Physical Therapy come in. Highly recommend!!

I’m so thankful we found Nicole and Impact Dance Therapy! My daughter was diagnosed with a stress fracture in her spine and devastated that she had to stop dancing to start recovery, right at the start of her senior year competition season. She thought the year of dance was done for her, which was really tough.

Luckily we found Impact in a lucky Google search and started PT right away. Nicole was so nice, very professional, and helped my daughter have hope in dancing in her senior showcase after-all. After just weeks of PT my daughter started feeling stronger, mentally hopefully, and was better educated on safe exercise options she could practice while recovering. I was so grateful to see her smile again! We signed up for 2 sessions a week and the hard work continued.

Less than 2 months later she was cleared to dance by her physician and we felt confident in her safely jumping back in, due to the skills she learned in PT. She got to dance in her Senior showcase, is still working toward her one competition left in the season, and excited to get the chance to try out for her college team. None of this looked like an option a few months ago and we owe it to Nicole and her support. We now have a new mentor for our daughter too.

The fact that Impact is run by dancers makes them so much better than any other PT option we could have found. Nicole knows how to help, in the way that only a dancer can understand, challenging and motivating young dancers while recovering. Thanks Impact!
