As a physical therapist with a daughter who dances, I was thrilled to find Impact Dance and PT when she sprained her ankle. She also attended a masterclass and continues her strengthening program through their strength and conditioning classes. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Izzy sees Dr. Kimby and truly enjoys working with her every week.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Nicole. She not only helped me recover from a knee injury and get back to dance, but continued supporting me through college dance prep. Now I’m on a college dance team! I still work with her even while away at school. I’ve tried multiple physical therapists and have never found anyone who understands both injury recovery and the demands of dance like she does. I could not recommend Dr. Nicole more!

My daughter is always beaming when she comes out of her lessons with Nicole, where they end with on different styles of modern dance. In the first half of the lesson, they work together on core strength, stretching and other exercises to make different skating maneuvers more successful and less likely to cause injury. The new studio is very bright and pretty, well equipped, and easy to get to and park.
